What does !== mean in javascript

The `!==` operator in JavaScript is a strict inequality operator. It compares whether two values are not equal in both value and type, returning `true` if they are either not equal or of different types.

Here's an example:

let num1 = 5;
let num2 = "5";

console.log(num1 !== num2); // true

In the example above, num1 is a number and num2 is a string.

Even though both have the value 5, the !== operator returns true because they are of different types.
